MALACARA TEXAS
TRADITION BEYOND BORDERS
Expanding our presence to the United States marked a milestone of great significance, combining the courage to dream big with the pride of representing our roots. Participating in events in Oklahoma, Las Vegas, and especially in the heart of the country world, Fort Worth, Texas, reaffirms our commitment to bringing the authenticity of our craftsmanship beyond Brazilian borders.
Each event is an opportunity to showcase to the international audience the quality and the gaúcha soul that shape every piece we create.
Being present in such iconic places of the country universe inspires us to continue celebrating tradition with the same care and dedication that have brought us this far.

MALACARA MOINHOS
ELEGANCE AND TRADITION AT THE HEART OF THE GAÚCHOS
Opening our store on Rua Félix da Cunha, in one of the most prestigious neighborhoods of Porto Alegre, was an achievement marked by nobility and passion for what we do.
Located in the heart of Moinhos de Vento, a neighborhood that breathes history, sophistication, and culture, it perfectly reflects the values that guide our work.
Here, amid the charm of our capital city, we found the perfect space to showcase the best of our tradition, combining high-quality craftsmanship with the modernity of a welcoming environment.
This is Malacara Moinhos — a gathering place for those who appreciate authenticity, beauty, and dedication.

MOTORSTORE
OUR ESSENCE ACROSS BRAZIL
Transforming a truck into a store was a decision that combined care, creativity, and the desire to be closer to our customers. This initiative carries the essence of our work: honoring tradition and delivering quality, no matter the distance.
With it, we travel the roads and attend major events in states like São Paulo and Minas Gerais, bringing a piece of the Serra Gaúcha to all of Brazil.
Each stop is an opportunity to share our story, our passion for craftsmanship, and the pride of offering products that speak directly to the hearts of those who value authenticity.

MALACARA IN GRAMADO
THE NOBILITY OF A DREAM
Opening our store in Gramado, in the heart of the Serra Gaúcha, was more than just a business step — it was an act of courage and passion. Amid breathtaking landscapes and the region’s warm spirit, we saw an opportunity to honor the nobility of the craftsmanship that defines us.
Here, every detail reflects our commitment to tradition, quality, and the gaúcha essence. We faced challenges with determination, confident that Gramado is the perfect place to celebrate what we do best: bringing together history, authenticity, and style in every piece.
This is the spirit of our home in Gramado: Malacara Hortênsias.

Expointer Malacara
OUR FIRST EXPOSURE AT EXPOINTER
As a great friend always encouraged us:
"You need to showcase your products at Expointer, our grand exhibition. The very best will be there."
Expointer is considered the largest open-air agricultural fair in Latin America.
The days of the fair feature a full schedule of animal competitions and judging, as well as commerce and entertainment activities. The event highlights the quality of southern Brazil’s rural production, cutting-edge technology, innovation, sustainable practices that boost productivity, and showcases the best genetics of more than 3,500 animals entered in the event.

A SMALL ATELIER
THE FIRST PAIRS
During our free time, our family lived deeply connected to the traditions of agribusiness, horses, and rodeos. It was common for us to craft our own "gaúcho boots," as well as belts, bags, and other accessories to wear at events and competitions.
It was in this setting that Loresoni, while helping organize a major rodeo in the city of Caxias do Sul, decided to create a special pair of boots to wear at the event.
The piece quickly caught the attention of other organizers, who soon placed orders.
This marked the beginning of the production of our first pairs — the start of a journey that would unite tradition, passion, and talent in the world of footwear.

MALACARA
COURAGE AMID CHALLENGES
Around 2006, the Brazilian footwear industry was facing a tough battle against the Chinese market.
Many factories shut down as international buyers shifted their production to Asia. Brazilian industries were gradually replaced by Asian ones, taking with them skilled professionals and the finest raw materials.
In the midst of this challenging scenario, Alencar, Loresoni, and Francis dedicated themselves masterfully to the art of transforming leather into footwear, providing modeling and development services for major companies in the industry.

Materiais
Somos a segunda geração de uma família dedicada a este nobre ofício.
