Order Tracking
You can track your order by logging into your account. Simply click on “My Account” at the top right of our website and go to the “Orders” section.
Alternatively, you can track your shipment using the tracking number sent to your email via the official Fedex website, on https://www.fedex.com/
You can view the status of your order at any time by visiting the “My Account” section.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, please get in touch with our Customer Service team through e-mail, phone, or our contact form. We’ll be happy to assist you.
All shipments are sent via FedEx. Some items are produced on demand, and may take up to 7 days to produce. After this period, the product will be shipped from our factory in Brazil to your address. You can check the delivery time for a product by entering your zip code on the product page, shopping bag or when placing an order..
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love everything you order from Malacara.
If something isn’t quite right, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item — no questions asked.
All items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached.

We understand that plans change.

Questions about products
To leave a review for a product you’ve purchased, simply log into your account, select your order, and choose the item you’d like to review.
